Your Old and New Delhi City Tour with Private Taj Tour begins with a pick-up from your hotel in Delhi, Gurgaon, or Noida at 9:00 AM. The tour lasts for approximately 8 hours, and you can choose to start anytime between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Our experienced guide and driver will meet you at your hotel or airport, and you will embark on a memorable exploration of the capital city of India.

Old Delhi Exploration

• Jama Masjid: Your journey starts with a visit to the Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India, built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan.
• Rickshaw Ride through Chandni Chowk: Next, enjoy a rickshaw (Tuk Tuk) ride through the bustling streets of Chandni Chowk, the heart of Old Delhi. This vibrant market area is filled with spices, dry fruits, silver jewelry, sarees, and more.
• Red Fort: Stop to admire and take photographs of the Red Fort, which served as the main residence of Emperor Shah Jahan after he moved his Mughal capital from Agra to Delhi.

New Delhi Exploration

After lunch, proceed with the New Delhi portion of your tour:

• India Gate: Continue to India Gate, a war memorial dedicated to the soldiers of the British Indian Army who died in wars fought between 1914 and 1919.
