By doing so, you implicitly consent to and accept these stipulations, thereby establishing a binding agreement between our organization and yourself.

Rules and Regulations

While we strive to provide a hassle-free and enjoyable experience for all our holiday passengers, unforeseen issues can arise. In the event of a problem, please promptly notify your tour manager, who will make every effort to rectify the situation on the spot. If the matter remains unresolved, you must submit a written complaint to our company within 28 days of the tour’s conclusion. Failure to do so may impact the investigation and outcome of your complaint. Furthermore, please note that any disputes arising between clients and Private Taj Tour will be subject to the laws of India and resolved accordingly.

It’s essential to be aware that a 1200 Hrs. (IST) check-in and check-out time is the norm in most hotels. As a result, any additional fees incurred for early arrivals or late departures. Are not factored into the overall tour cost. While we can certainly request special arrangements for early check-in or late check-out. If needed, please note that these requests are subject to the hotel’s policy. Seasonal demand, and room availability, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
